A cupcake class in the East Village

Although I have made dozens of cupcakes, G and I thought a cupcake class was in order in the city where the latest cupcake craze began.  It was in a cafe in the east village called Butterlane.

We started the class by taste testing a variety of the cupcakes - including a fabulous raspberry icing!  There were 8 of us in the class - 4 people didn't show up - and we made 9 dozen cupcakes in total.
