Weird but good

Brussels sprouts, parmesan, onion, garlic and pasta - surprisingly delicious!

    That is weird - but I can imagine it being quite nice. I love chopping up ingredients and tossing it with pasta. Pecorino cheese is my cheese of choice with pasta at the moment - can't get enough of it!
