May Delicious - the Italian issue

Everything in this issue is so tempting... but given it is already mid-May I am going to limit myself to just a few recipes:
  • crisp fried cheese ravioli
  • gorgonzola cheesecake
  • broccolini and chilli pasta with pangrattato
  • lamb caponata
  • mushroom lasagne
  • roast pumpkin rotolo
  • lemon and prosecco cake
  • frittatine (frittata cooked with white wine)
Let's see how far I can get...
