May Delicious - the Italian issue
Everything in this issue is so tempting... but given it is already mid-May I am going to limit myself to just a few recipes:
crisp fried cheese ravioli
gorgonzola cheesecake
broccolini and chilli pasta with pangrattato
lamb caponata
mushroom lasagne
roast pumpkin rotolo
lemon and prosecco cake
frittatine (frittata cooked with white wine)
Let's see how far I can get...
